We are searching for an Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our marketing initiatives forward by identifying new growth opportunities, supporting strategic campaigns, and fostering strong client and partner relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences, emerging trends, and competitive insights. Analyze data to develop strategic recommendations for expanding our brand reach and enhancing customer engagement.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as email, social media, and paid advertising. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve objectives.
- Brand Building and Client Relations: Support brand-building efforts by ensuring consistency across all marketing channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing insights into how our marketing solutions can help them achieve their goals.
- Collaboration and Proposal Development: Work closely with internal teams to create persuasive presentations and proposals that highlight our marketing services and address client requirements. Present proposals clearly and address any questions or concerns raised by clients.
- Partnerships and Strategic Alliances: Identify potential partnerships that align with our brand goals and marketing strategies. Manage ongoing relationships with partners to enhance our market presence and create additional value.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators related to marketing activities, such as engagement rates, lead generation, and conversion metrics. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate campaign outcomes and insights to senior management.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new marketing technologies. Seek feedback proactively and incorporate learnings to optimize future strategies and improve overall performance.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing, business development, or a related role, preferably within the tech industry.
- Strategic and Analytical Skills: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to assess market trends, customer behavior, and campaign data to drive actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to present ideas clearly and compellingly. Proficiency in creating proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A passion for understanding client needs and delivering solutions that support their marketing goals.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities and requirements.
- Willingness to Travel: Open to traveling for client meetings, events, and other relevant marketing activities.
- Additional Qualifications: Certifications or training in marketing, digital marketing, or related areas are advantageous.
